Shipping Policy

Zemi Naturals prepares and ships small-batch products with care. The information below explains our normal order-processing and delivery expectations.

Order processing

Most orders are prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays. During product launches, holidays, high-volume periods, or periods when products are being freshly prepared, processing may take longer. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.

Shipping and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available. Carrier transit times begin after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information is sent after the order has been prepared for shipment. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the tracking record.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an address error before shipment, contact us as soon as possible at contact@zemi-yucayeke.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If tracking shows unusual delay, loss, or delivery problems, contact us at contact@zemi-yucayeke.com with your order number. If an item arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos when possible so we can review the issue.

Returns

Return requests for eligible products must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility, instructions, and refund-processing timelines.
